On this page you will read our Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use. You are requested to read our policy in detail. Also please read our other policies like Privacy Policy, Payment policy and Cookies Policy. Reading only this policy may not give complete understanding of our policies and way of working and must read other policies as well.

Term of Use:

You hereby agree & give unconditional consent and promise not to use the services for any purpose which is restricted /unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use, By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:

1. To intimate, annoy, impersonate, abuse, wrong comment on other user of www.visualresume.in

2. To transmit or post, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any content that is infringing, libellous, pornographic or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party, or corporate/firm or any other body of legal entity.

3. For any illegal purpose of any country/continent.

Payment card /Net banking details

You agree, understand and confirm that the card/banking details / any other wallet or digital payment details provided by you for availing of services on www.visualresume.in is correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card /banking details /digital payment details which is not lawfully owned by you. We use SSL encrypted payment services and we don't store any of your password or confidential information related to your credit/debit card or bank details.

You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Payment Gateway Service provider. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by us with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order.

Our payment gateway service providers are independent body/corporate/community and they are committed to ensure all law compliance and security compliance.

Use of Data

The user hereby agrees and irrevocably authorizes us (VisualResume) to:

a)      Use any data and information provided by the user in connection with this agreement for the company's own purpose, supply such data and information to any other associated companies or selected third parties including search engines or for promotional mails or business updates or the services offered by our partner which may or may not directly related to client.

b)      use any data furnished by the member in order to float offers or send mails regarding specific services and such mails may not be proclaimed or deemed to be unsolicited communiqué.

c)      Allow all data and information supplied by the member in using the service to remain at visualresume.in for the use of the company in accordance with service agreement with the member, notwithstanding the termination or suspension of the service to the member herein.

Terms of Agreement/ Service:

This Agreement shall remain in force so long as you are using our online services. Visualresume.in provides the online platform where users can select the services and place orders for services selected on the site subject to Terms & conditions, Payment policy, Privacy policy and cookies policy set forth on relevant pages and/ or here. Either you or www.visualresume.in may terminate the service/services at any time, with or without cause. Visualresume.in reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the website services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without any notice/notices to anybody/Individual /Corporate/Agent /Firm/ Group of people or any other legal entity/.

Revisions / Modifications:

We do free revisions after the 1st draft is delivered. However, the revision requests will be accepted only for a period of 15 days from the 1st draft delivery. Post 15 days, no new revisions requests shall be accepted. But if there is any revision due which we have already recd. before the lapse of fifteen days we would continue to work on those revisions. This revision/modifications shall not be applicable if there are any other promotions of long duration revisions are in force which may or may not be chargeable.

Applicability of Law:

This site is owned and monitored by VisualResume based Kolkata, India. Laws of India shall apply on us and all the disputes shall be subject to Kolkata High Court, India. We hold the right to make the changes into the site and the terms & conditions, privacy policy, payment policy and cookie policies as and when required without pre intimation to you or any other body, Individual, Corporate/firm, Group of people, Group of Firms/Companies or any other legal entity.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be delivered via email or WhatsApp or thru electronic channel/mode which is in use by us and product will be delivered in word/pdf format. The mail address will be the same which you have provided at the time of registration/form submission. No hard copy of any product will be delivered.

Job Guarantee:

a)      Client must understand that resume or Cv is your marketing document and we help you to get best results out of it. We do not take guarantee for any job or interview calls to the end user after taking our services. The services provided by us are best in class and provided in very competitive pricing. The selection in interview depends on many criteria like your current profile, Salary, experience, qualification etc. In today's scenario there is much competition in the market and this has to be understand by job seeker.

b)      We do various resume marketing and display your cv on some or many job portals and we don’t take guarantee that those job portals offer are genuine or not. We don’t have any control on job portals and the consultants. They are independent service provider and we are hiring them to help our clients job hunting.

c)      Our content writing services are limited to content and designing only. Neither VisualResume.in nor any of our employee/vendor can offer such jobs to anyone on our behalf.

Free Support:

Our free support will be only for new content modification arising out of new employment or new role. Already approved content can’t be changed once Cv is closed or finally approved.

Free support content update will take around 3 to 4 working days. No Template change is allowed unless clearly mentioned and offered on the portal or in writing to the client.

Online CV storage

We will restore your developed Cv on our server free of cost for next five years. You won’t be having any login details to change that Cv and will be fully controlled by us. We can’t customize storage page design as per your choice. This is free cv storage. We will give you a link after storing your cv on our server. You can share that link with anyone and the visitor of your page can view and download your Cv. You can only see how many views and download happened to your Cv but you can’t see details of viewer or downloader.

Eligibility:

You will not use this site if you are not competent /eligible to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations of India or such other country where the deal was executed or was supposed to be executed. You confirm that you are competent and eligible to enter into legally binding agreement and have the eligible authority to bind us (Visualresume.in), to this Agreement.

Recruitment of Consultancy Firm /Corporate TIE Up:

In order to use the services provided by us (VisualResume) all Employers/Consultants /Corporates /Companies must sign an agreement or register as a member or submit the form of www.visualresume.in and agree to be bound by these terms of use. This -agreement (terms of use) sets out the legally binding terms for your membership/application. This Agreement is subject to modifications without any prior notice/notices. These terms are in addition to the agreement signed or offered /accepted digitally or printed or agreed between us. The member will comply with all notices or instructions given by www.visualresume.in from time to time in respect of the use of the Service/services of the company.
